STEVENS CREEK CORRIDOR MASTER PLAN

Stevens Creek Trail Status

In 2002, the City of Cupertino prepared the Stevens Creek Trail Feasibility Report for Cupertino's portion of the Stevens Creek Trail, which is a sub-regional trail noted in the Countywide Trails Master Plan. The report identified an unpaved
and paved trail network within a portion of Rancho San Antonio County Park known as the Diocese Area (referred to as "Area A") with a goal of connecting this network to the Stevens Creek Trail alignment along Stevens Creek Boulevard. All of the trail network within the Diocese Area is now complete, with the exception of the connection between the Snyder Hammond House and Stevens Creek Boulevard. This unbuilt section requires authorization from Union Pacific
Railroad to cross their tracks next to Stevens Creek Boulevard.
