Read the end of page 2 of this report, XM Radio stocks, "Categories that rarely show up in commercial radio--Jazz, Comedy, Classical, Broadway, Kids, Chinese, and Hindi--have one to four channels each."
But there is no Chinese on the latest channel lineups.
Only Sirius Canada has channel 188, Radio Canada International, which has Mandarin programs, SIRIUS Satellite Radio Canada - Canadian Channels
Sirius has Radio Korea. Maybe they will have Mandarin program in the near future.
